Clarification

It seems that there has been a little confusion with the running of the two events on September 12, 2009. The Race portion of the day is limited to a total of 30 teams (60 people). The BBQ & Concert event is open to the public for anyone to come and enjoy. The $10.00 ticket fee is a cover charge only for the general public to pay. All racers and volunteers are exempt from the $10.00 fee. The BBQ & Concert is your reward for being a part of the race event. We would love to be able to bring in a large crowd of people in the afternoon, so please invite your friends, family and neighbours to join us. Food and drinks will be sold at a separate cost.
